European sprint queen gets gold Nike shoes

The new European champion on the 100 and 200m sprint, the Belgian Kim Gevaert, will get new shoes from her sponsor Nike. After her victories on the European Championships in the Swedish Göteborg Nike has developped a shoe with a gold emblem with stars (representing the European flag). Also her winnig times on the 100m (11.06) and 200m sprint (22.68) in Göteborg will be on the new spikes. 11.06 will come on the left shoe, while 22.68 will be printed on the right one. Also her name will be placed on her brandnew shoes. The "i" in Kim Gevaert will be replaced by a magic staff... Gevaert will wear her new shoes for the first time tomorrow evening on the Memorial in Brussels.
